Why am I having trouble posting a community note on my iPad?

I create my note by tapping on a particular verse number (e.g., Gen. 17:19). One of the options that pops up is "Note" which I select. I type in my community note in the box on the right. I get the following error message: "Sorry, we cannot post your community note. Please try again later." I try again, but I get the same message, I, successfully, posted a community note about 2 weeks ago. I do not understand why this happening because ,in the recent past, I was able post a community note. In addition, I am having the  same trouble on my PC. Finally,  I am running Logos 6.

I've just tried to add a community note to that verse from my iPad and it works fine 

Do you have a good Internet connection at the moment?

As far as  I know  :-) I just downloaded an update from ITunes on my PC, and it was successful. Moreover, I posted , from my iPad, Proverbs 4:18, from Bible Screen which is powered by FaihLife, to Twitter and Facebook.

I think my problem resides in posting "notes" in Logos/

Were you forced to sign back in to the app within the past 7 days? When was the last time you performed a "fresh" install? I have a hunch that will solve this problem, but I don't know for sure.

For clarification: You originally mentioned difficulties creating a "community note." Twitter and Facebook are unrelated. Are you having difficulties posting to FB & Twitter too?

You should create a new thread in the L6 forum if you are having problems with L6.

No,I was not having trouble with FB or Twitter. I was just  using them as examples that I have a strong internet connection.

A thread in the L6 is not necessary,

Do you get the same problem when trying to post to different Faithlife groups?

And which of the apps are you using?

Yes, I get the message in all of the Groups of which I am member. In addition to Faith Life, I am a member of 3 other Groups.

The app that I am using is called: "Logos Bible".
