Logos 6 stopped working?

Hello Everyone,

Hope this is the right place to post this. I have recently installed Logos 6 on my work PC so that I can work on bible studies during lunch breaks and so on. However whenever I run the software it crashes and stops working before it can download my library. If I run the software in offline mode it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a crash as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem

The main problem is the lack of a crash log.

The error log shows you had data errors going back to 22 May with v6.3, but you installed v5.2b around 13 July, got some serious errors and then installed v6.4 SR-3 about 28 July, with similar data errors. Would I be correct in saying you uninstalled v5.2 before installing v6.4, and that you have been unable to download any resources since then? If it works "fine" in offline mode, though, do you have some resources in library?

I note, however, that you must have signed in with different Logos credentials at 12.23 pm on July 28. Please clarify what problem you had between 10:18 and 10:30 and what you did at 12:23, as well as describing the problem.

Yes I have uninstalled and re-installed a number of times on this machine. I havn't used any different credentials today (28th July) only tried to work in offline mode. There are however no resources in the library at all, since it isn't able to download them before crashing. The problem is that after logging in windows will report a crash whilst Logos is trying to download my library.
