In 6.5 Beta 4 and 5, Logos Indexing starts every time Logos launches, whether or not new resources have been downloaded.
Indexing proceeds to 37%, and then stops. The indexing app disappears, but the status bar on the upper right claims indexing is continuing to run, but the status is frozen at 37%.
If I restart Logos, the process repeats. Indexing never completes.
Logs attached.
Your index is corrupted. Logos is supposed to recognise when this happens and delete the index so the whole thing rebuild. I don't know why that's not happening for you.
Anyway, the solution is to delete the entire index, which is the /Users/mwdiers/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/4ld5di31.ho2/LibraryIndex folder.

I've haven't rebuilt my index from scratch for a couple years so I suppose it's about time. This is going to take a while now, with 6,500+ volume.s

You may be pleasantly surprised. The Indexer is a lot faster than it used to be. If I had to do this I'd do it before I went to bed and then I'd wake up to a working Logos.
