I have been trying to find a way to search Logos bibles for references to passages within the bible.

For example, I would like to search the NT for any reference to Psalm 23 or a passage in Isaiah.  I tried search the bible with things like <bible ~ Ps 23>  or <bible = Ps 23> or footnote:Psalm 23 or even footnote:psalm.  I get nothing.  Anyone know how to do this?

Hi Paul, another approach is to use "Old Testament Quotations and Allusions in the New Testament" by Jones. You may already have this is your library, especially if you bought a package.  It covers actual OT quotes as well as allusions. It lists 3 allusions to Ps23 in the NT, but no actual quotes that I saw.

Use a basic search, all text, <Ps 23>

Orthodox Bishop Hilarion Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."

And there is also this type of search where you are searching the cross reference footnotes represented by the superscript letters in Bibles. Notice it is a Basic search:
