I have downloaded the Logos 6 core. I have made several attempts to re-load the software but all my attempts result in the message "Logos is up-to-date" but it still crashes with the message "Logos Bible Software has stopped working" and the program closes. I have tried to download a zip file of my Logos logs but I am blocked from doing that as well.
The most I can do is copy and paste the error file and hope it is seen by tech support.

I think you have some corrupt resources. This would probably best be handled by contacting Customer Service: https://www.logos.com/contact
