I have them in Logos as part of a set available in Logos 2 from the E4 group. Logos should be able to produce these pretty easily.

If they are personal books then, there are certainly limitations, especially regarding functionality within the Systematic Theologies section of the guides. These will not be included in the categorized search results there, but you can certainly benefit from a largetext search as well as having linked Scripture references.
I have them as well. The E4 group was an organization that produced some Logos resources as a third party (which Logos allowed at the time).

I had them in libronix an they came over when I went to Logos 4-7. You may need to contact support if you never synced your libronix before upgrading.
