Is Faithlife still offering birthday month promotions?
I used to get an email, but not this year. Just wondering if they stopped doing that or I missed it.
Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

You might want to check your spam folder (the subject line would be "Happy birthday: celebrate with a $20 gift certificate"). If you're still unable to find it, please let me know, and I'll make sure you get the correct code.

Receiving the emails does require being subscribed to the Personalized Offers email list. If you're not on that list, you won't receive the emails, so you might want to check your subscription status at https://www.logos.com/account/mailinglists.

Ah my bad. After receiving personalized offers that were products I already owned too often, I turned that off. Thanks.

Didn't see it in the junk folder. It must have bounced somewhere else.

I got mine this year, but sadly forgot to use it. I actually didn't realize that it needed to be used in the birthday month. My birthday was August and I was saving it for the Zondervan sale, but when I went to use it, it was gone. Oh well :-(

Do you have your birth date filled out in your Faithlife profile? If you add that (and you're signed up for the Personalized Offers list), you'll get the birthday email next times your birthday comes around.

You also need to ensure that you have your birth year filled in too. I learned the hard way month and day is insufficient.

Thanks Faithlife for the super generous birthday coupons! Just used mine to pick up Athanasius' On The Incarnation of the Word of God and a little book about Mary. Any Logos forum folks who would like a little birthday treat from the Faithlife folks should fill in their Faithlife profiles and specify their birth date.

I thought I can ask you about this little awkward situation: I received my birthday coupon code in an e-mail, but it seems it somehow got permanently deleted, and I can't remember the code. Is there a way to get that e-mail or coupon code again? There's still 6 days more until birthday and Hesier's The Unseen Realm would be a perfect gift.

Look at personal messages inside the Logos app! You can retrieve the code there. If I find an option to send you a PN, I'll send you the code. Happy birthday to us... :-)
