Logos just updated to 6.6. Now it says "Library indexing" and keeps it at 0%, with no progress. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm running Windows 7 Professional on a SSD.
I'm on Mac and upgraded to 6.6 without any problems.
After your upgrade did you close Logos and restart it, this may help.
Also do you have logging turned on, if you do you should attach the Logs and someone with Windows can help you more that way.
Yes, I restarted, etc. No difference.
I'll have to post the log files tomorrow then.
I don't understand. Logos 6 recently updated to 6.6, and one of the issue related to library indexing. After the updated version, I still having the problem recurring indexing. Even after a few rounds of indexing, I stop using Logos 6 for while. But when I start open Logos 6, indexing starts all over again. Please see the Log Files attached. 4670.Logos Log Files.zip

I am having the same problem. Also, I don't know if it is related, but searches are very lacking in results. Any fix yet?
Forgot to mention, I am on a Mac.
Additionally, I tried "Rebuild Index" command, but it just stares at me like I'm stupid and highlights itself green. What is that all about? Most of my searches do the same thing.
weird. I downloaded the logging tool so I could report the problem to Logos. After the download and clicking enable logs, I reopened Logos and this time it is actually indexing when it says indexing. It is now at a whopping 3%. That is way better than the 0% for days straight. I will let this go and see what happens. Fingers crossed.
I am having the same problem.
For clarification: Similar symptoms don't necessarily mean "the same problem," which is why it is good to create a new thread, explain your issue clearly, and post logs. If you continue to have troubles, please do so that you can get the proper attention you deserve.
