I have tried the short cut icon and the executable and still Proclaim will not open.  Nothing has happened for 2 hours.  As suggested on a previous post I have deleted temp files from IE.

No error message as the program does no even open.

Her are my log files,

Ian Devlin:
I have tried the short cut icon and the executable and still Proclaim will not open.

Where are you running the executable from? The splash screen or launcher application exe will be here

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\System\Proclaim.exe

The actual Proclaim app will be here

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\System1\Proclaim.exe

Have you tried this one?

If you've tried that and you still see nothing when trying to run we'll want to look in the Windows Event Viewer Logs under the Application section and see if Windows is reporting anything.

This morning we Proclaim wold not start so we removed the program and reinstalled.  It came up and began logging in.  We selected the update option and found it removed the short cuts from the computer and would not start up.  After removing the program again and reinstalling, we chose not to take the latest version and were able to use proclaim.

A problem existed where the song names selected by title, revealed the words from a different song in all 3 occasions.

Latest version does not load as detailed above.

We do expect to come to church and the software work.  This morning it took 90 mins to get the system running and correct the songs for the service.

What can you do to ensure we have a working product as purchased next Sunday?

Ian, sorry to hear about your frustrations. Sometimes we're finding that when Proclaim is uninstalled, there are still some files left over that need to be deleted manually. After uninstalling Proclaim, delete the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim and then reinstall the latest version of Proclaim (1.30.0.714).

If this does not work, we can follow up tomorrow offline and do whatever we can to get this fixed for your service next Sunday.
