I have been following the beta testing of Bible!, which I think is a very new architecture that will be part of all the iOS mobile apps. Is that right?
I am primarily a Verbum mobile app user, and beta tester, and there hasn't been any action for some time - I assume because/until Bilbe! gets out the door.
Is it correct to assume once Bible! is released, then work will move to the other mobile iOS apps again? Or is there more foundational work that needs to be done first? Just wondering when there might be a Verbum update to start testing with.
Thanks for an update on the plan - I have forgotten what's going on
If there is a major change, i am unaware of it. To be honest, I am unsure why the major change in version numbers. Everything seems like small changes.

There are some big changes in the beta app, but 'a very new architecture' is overstating it, I think. As far as I'm aware, the big additions are: Prayer Lists, Visual Copy, Atlas and iOS9/iPad multitasking.
I'm sure once these features are bug-free, they'll quickly filter down to the other apps as appropriate. Faithlife may even skip beta-testing on the other apps if the new code has already been tested on Bible!

Haven't those been released a while ago? Or have they just been in beta a long time without going to stable?

these are not currently available in the stable releases
Thanks. Only Bible! is in beta right now (and for a little while), correct? I was wondering if I was off the Verbum beta list.

That is my understanding. I have used Verbum beta, but no update shows.
We are still working on getting the rest of the apps ready for beta. When they are ready we'll post about it.
How can be a beta tester of the bible! app? I am now being the iOS pubic beta tester and I am a Chinese so I may help checking the Chinese related stuff.
