These are part of a Pre-Pub that has yet to ship: https://www.logos.com/product/52291/preachers-institute-ministry-collection
Once that ships, they'll be available for sale individually. For now, they are only available in the Orthodox base packages. We wanted to give people enough time to decide if they'd like to cancel their Pre-Pub on the individual collections and get a base package instead.
