Export/Print Broken

I have been having a problem for about 6 months now. I kept thinking maybe one of the regular updates would address it, but it hasn't resolved.

When I attempt to use Print/Export, the document gets hung up in the print spooling process. It's only in Logos. Every other app prints fine. I can't print to pdf or xps either. I can export some items (without visual mark-up) to a Word document. But that defeats my aim. I want the mark-up.

I've uninstalled and re-installed all of my printers. No change. I've done all the shut-down & start-up attempts to get things refreshed. Nothing.

One part of my regular sermon prep used to be to print the text out with grammatical mark-ups at the beginning of the week. I carry it everywhere. It helps me be thinking through the major moves of the text. I miss it and I'm afraid missing it is affecting how prepared I am each week.

Can anyone help?

You've posted this in the Logos 5 forum. What version of the software are you using?

Indeed I have. I'm running version 5.2b sr-11 (5.2.2.1672)

You should think about getting the Logos 6 core engine (free) as Logos 5 is no longer supported i.e. no more updates! If the issue is unresolved on Logos 6 you can create a BUG: thread in the Logos 6 forum to have it investigated.

Thanks for that tip! I actually missed that the engine was available for free. Can't believe that. I'll give that a shot and see if it fixes things.
