Lexham Press Spiritual Growth Bundle missing a resource

I am very grateful to Faithlife for giving away the Lexham Press Spiritual Growth Bundle but I noticed that one of the titles listed in the description is missing from the bundle. It did not download to my library so I went to double check logos.com and it appears that the resouce has not been unlocked for me.

The resource that I am referring to is "40 Days to the Cross: Reflections from Great Thinkers"

Is anyone else having this issue?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If I click your link it gives me the option to buy this resource so for whatever reason the Spiritual Growth Bundle did not make a license for this.

I also attempted to do as Matt did, by adding it to the cart, and tried by entering the promo code, but it still comes up with a cost.

An interesting discovery, is that the title is listed on the bundle description, but not in "More details about these resources". Probably an oversight.

Speaking of left out resources, is there an expected ETA for the release of Live in Liberty: The Spiritual Message of Galatians. I release it has not even cleared the prepub system yet but with it;s inclusion to the collection I thought maybe this one was already being worked on.

It's grayed out on the webpage, but not available yet on the desktop, however, it is seen on the mobile device. We may have to wait a little while for everything to work.

Something very odd is going on. Something downloaded and kind of flashed in the Library before disappearing again. When I repeated the download and looked in Finder instead, I saw something move from UpdateManager to Downloaded. I now have an empty folder called LLS/40DAYSCROSS sitting in Downloaded, nothing in Resources, and nothing in Library.

I imagine this is the relevant part of the log:

Hmmm ... still not on the desktop even after restating Mac and using 'Update Now' and waiting (yes even with a 'little' patience!).

I can see it on my iPad, and the individual product page is now showing unlocked (it was not last night) ....

Same here Martin. I was encouraged when I saw others were able to access it on their desktops but unfortunately no such luck for me. I had the same download and flash that FGH mentioned but still nothing showing in my library.

When I pulled up Logos this morning on my home computer, all the resources of the bundle downloaded, including 40 Days. But now on my work computer, it is still not here. I tried typing "Update Resources" in the command bar and it is still not there.

I'm not too concerned as I'm sure it will show up eventually. The product page now shows that I own the resource. It just has me scratching my head that it showed up on one desktop but not the other.

desktop would not download it, fired up my laptop and it worked, waited a few then restarted desktop, I guess the synchronization feature did the trick for me

So far, I have this resource on my tablet but it seems to not download/activate on my laptop. I have run both update now (no updates available) and update resources (the updater appears to have something then disappears without adding the resource). Restarted the laptop all to no avail.

Updated a laptop I rarely use and the resource shows there without a problem. Also available on mobile apps, however still not available on my main laptop. Trying a Rebuild Index now.

Update: The Rebuild Index command seems to have fixed it on my laptop. The resource now appears.

Edit: 40 Days later finally downloaded. I mean, later, "40 days" finally downloaded. Prudent, peaceful, persistent patience (?!) paid.

Could you please restart Logos and see if the resource downloads this time. If it doesn't download after a few minutes, could you try the update resources command.

I also am not able to download the missing resource. I have my Logos logs in to technical support. I did get the resource included when I turned on my secondary computer today, but not the primary one. I restarted and commanded Update resource just now.

I posted in another thread as well, but this one seems to be the one being tracked by Logos.

I have been patiently waiting, but maybe it is time to speak up. I have not yet received the 40 Days book yet either. Does it require someone to do something special for those of us that ordered early?
