Is there a way that logos aids in finding major structural relationships in passages that is used in the inductive Bible study method? Such relationships like causation, instrumentation, contrast, etc.

Chris, are you familiar with the Proposition Outlines available for Bibles in Logos?

I am looking for these specific ones- Recurrence, Contrast, comparison, climax, particularization, generalization, causation, substantiation, instrumentation, preparation/realization, summarization, interrogation, interchage, inclusion, chiasm, and intercalation.

These are not tagged in Logos. The propositional outlines are the closest to providing the structural analysis you are looking for.

i don't know what the level of interest would be in Logis tagging these, but you could make the suggestion in the Suggestion Forum.

Chris, for the New Testament you could try the following LouwNida visual filters: Relations, Discourse Markers and Comparison, Semantic Roles. You can download them along with the corresponding Highlighting Palettes here. They will mark some of the things you want to mark up. You would need the Louw Nida Dictionary to find the definitions for the features that the visual filters will highlight though.

Here's a sample of what you will see if you download and apply the LoweNida visual filters:
