Logos stuck synchronizing documents and settings

just in the last day or two Logos seems to not be synchronizing with the server properly. both on startup and shut down it just gets stuck on the synchronization window. I have to skip synchronization in order to startup or shut down the program.

Running Logos 6.8 SR-1 (6.8.0.0059) on OSX Yosemite. Any ideas?

The sample didn't provide the information I was after, so please perform regular logging

ok here you go. this is from my windows pc. all my instances of logos seem to have the same issue.

There a number of timeout errors which could be your internet or the Faithlife server, but there is a specific issue sync'ing History. Try this on all Logos systems:

  1. Go to Tools >> History and click "Clear"; that failing
  2. Close Logos; and
  3. Delete the folder C:\Users\Jeremy\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\wpm01jb1.ogf\HistoryManager

On Mac the folder is at  /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random/HistoryManager

If the issue persists contact Faithlife Support.

Mine cleared up after contacting support but I'm not sure if they did something or the above steps kicked in and worked ha
