I am loving the visual updates with A14. Color in Media and the Box outlines are much more pronounced.

Keep up the great work!!!

You have A14? I guess mine is not auto updating then.  Sad day.

Is the word by word going to say as it is in this Alpha with the Greek/Hebrew listed and you have to click into individual definitions to see the English?

It's usually posted for manual download about 15-30 minutes before the auto update system gets populated, so those that hear about it can download it a bit before the auto updaters.

Word By Word will work the same as it does on Windows when it's finished. The words are typically automatically expanded as they populate. The current Alpha doesn't automatically expand at the moment.

Windows does have it, just differently.

Windows doesn't have a status bar at the bottom of their app, so for them it shows up in this interesting little floating tip in the bottom of the resource display pane. We have a status bar, so that's where we put it.

So it will work more like Mac 1? I haven't seen the windows version. I just got confused by not seeing the English Scripture

I said this on another thread but it warrants being said again. The new color scheme is MUCH better...at least for me. I suffer from a degree of colorblindness and have really struggled finding the "boundaries" between frames. The new colors are different enough and dark enough for me. I wonder if the new colors will be a problem for someone else?

I agree. I noticed it immediately before even reading the release notes. It is very pleasing to the eyes.

See the following video for a demo of the exegetical guide under windows. Methinks you will be pleased with what's coming.

I like the direction the UI is heading now. They still have some typography & general spacing issues to work out but this is a very positive move in the right direction. It looks quite a lot like the screen samples I posted a while back so I may be a bit biased ;)

The UI contrast is good and really helps the eye to track the page and discover content more fluidly. Now that it's not as bright and garish my eyes can settle on the page much more comfortably. It's starting to take shape and feel more polished. It will be exciting to see each module become more polished with each release. For example I will be thrilled to see the library receive some attention. Typography and spacing are the big culprits on that module.

It's good to see things be buttoned down as the Alpha progresses. I expected as much.

Good work Mac Team! Thanks Logos for the continued hard work.

Hey, that was my gig starting the Screenshots thread... LOL

Seriously though, good for you brother getting it going.  I am sitting at the airport, heading to Las Vegas to show Logos 4, and installed A14.  I opened up to start a thread, the you have done it. Thanks. Cool
