Am I the only one FRUSTRATED with Visual Copy?? Continuously running to process slides on ANY Mac I

Could the folks a Logos PLEASE fix this?? I LOVE LOVE LOVE Logos and am their biggest fan, but I get so FRUSTRATED when I try to use Visual Copy on my Macs. VC will process two or three slides fine, and then will wind up with the consistent spinning wheel (processing/downloading) and never complete the rest of the slides. I am constantly having to force quit Logos and restart. This is because once VC starts processing/downloading a new slide, there's no way to close it until it finishes processing the new slide. If it does close, it leaves the process running in the background in Logos and will not terminate without a force quit.
This isn't something with my system, so I am very apprehensive to have to go through the tech support options, as this has been an ongoing problem with ANY Visual Copy efforts on ANY Mac I have owned for the last couple years. For example, owned a Macbook Pro 17'' for last few years - had this problem on it. Bought a new iMac earlier this year - have the same problem on it now, even the the Mac is the most powerful system you can own at the moment, and I have 100gbs internet. [Note: I have NOT noticed this problem on my Windows device, although I do not use that device often].
So I bought a new 2105 Retna Macbook Pro, 16g ram, 1TB SSD, etc, and guess what - I am still having this problem.
Let me say that I tried on numerous occasions to install and reinstall Logos 6 on my older 17'' Macbook pro (which is a HUGE problem when a download and initial indexing takes days) and nothing EVER resolved this issue.
Please fix this Logos. Please. I have Over $20,000 invested in Logos, and plan to keep investing in Logos as long as I am teaching, pastoring, and even breathing. But I NEED this feature! And I need it to be right!
Also, I thought a previous update was supposed to cause Logos VC to remember the last slide template used so it defaulted to that one the next time a VC2630.LogosLogs.MykesMac2015.20160227-164607.zip slide was requested- that is not the case for me. The last slide used is either 2nd, 3rd, or 4th for me, if it happens to remember it at all.
Finally, why cant slides be downloadable?? I've heard that it is because slides are constantly being added and you guys don't want to force that many updates on people. Myself, I wouldn't mind. From what I have read from others, they wouldn't mind either. If it's such a big deal, just give us the option in settings as to whether we want to access all of the templates from the cloud or download them.
The main reason that I prefer them stored locally is that it appears to me that each time I call for a new slide via VC in Logos, the VC feature seems to want to re-download the slide template instead of accessing it from cache. If I've used a template in my last VC slide, and I'm using the same slide template for the next slide, why wouldn't Logos just use the slide that's in the cache and insert the verse text over that slide template instead of re-downloading the slide template itself? Seems counterproductive and a waste of data.
Anyway, here are my logos. Any advice that can be given would be great. Also any insider info on improvements to VC for L7 would be great too. Hopefully FL won't let me (and others) down, and will improve on this. In the interim, Im hoping my issues can be resolved.
Respectfully still a huge Logos fan!

Please elaborate on work flow steps to enable others to repeat. Is Visual Copy in Logos 6 being used with Proclaim ?

Suspect Faithlife developers would appreciate application sample during spinning wheel time => https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem step 3
FYI: the Logos Logging Utility can enable diagnostic logging. The attached zip file does have a Logos.log file.
The LogosError.log file has a number of errors when syncing preferences. Console Messages has a number of "Received display connect changed" warnings for process 15798, which has an error message about two minutes later: "<Error>: disable_update_timeout: UI updates were forcibly disabled by application "Logos" for over 1.00 seconds. Server has re-enabled them." Noticed Google Chrome Update Agent preceded display connect warnings; not know if related. Likewise not know if Proclaim 1.31.886 has side effects on Visual Copy.
Keep Smiling [:)]

Wondering if I can PLEASE get a Logos / Faithlife rep to respond to this?
I continue to have this problem. Here is what happens:
1) I open ESV Bible, or any Bible
2) Select my passage to send to Visual Copy by highlighting it
3) Right click, select Bible Verse, then Visual Copy
4) VC box opens as expected. At this point I scroll down and choose the template I want (note that the template I last used is NEVER my first choice; I thought this was supposed to now be the case due to a recent update?? )
5) Once I select my template, I then delete the extra spacing that Logos ads, esp when the passage (as poetry as opposed to prose). Once I try to delete any of the spacing to bring the words close together (which would increase the automatic font size on the slide since less space is needed for the verse), the VC box just runs and runs with the beach ball icon.
6) If I try to close out the VC box, Logos starts crashing in the background. (Note also that a very recent update was supposed to keep Logos from crashing if the VC box crashed, or so I thought???) That is NOT the case for me. If the VC box crashes, Logos will crash every time.
7) Once I Force Quit Logos and restart, Im good for 2-3 slides before the whole thing happens again.
PLEASE advise!! BTW, as I have previously said, this has happened on every Mac installation of Logos I have ever had, on any Mac machine I've ever owned. I have NEVER had an instance were this did not occur on a particular installation of Logos. That is what I simply cannot believe there are not more people having this problem. It seems improbable, if not impossible, that this is an issue related to my machine.
While this happens on every Mac I have, for this instance: Logos 6:10 SR 2, Logos Now, Mac OS 10.11.3, 3.5 GHZ i5 quad core processor, 8GB DDR3 memory, AMD Radeon R9 2GB graphics card, 1TB SSD with only 30% usage.

Hey Myke,
Sorry to hear you're having problems with Visual Copy. I'm not sure why loading an image is hanging the app. I've sometimes noticed issues if the active network interface changes (WiFi disconnects, LAN cable plugged in, etc). Are you on a stable network connection?
The reason the feature requires you to be online is all of the image rendering is done on our servers. The slide templates are never actually downloaded to your machine, so there's nothing to cache.
I'll pass this feedback to one of the developers. Thanks for letting us know about the issues you are running into.

Myke,
Thank you for the logs you uploaded, unfortunately none of them contain the process sample that we need to determine what the application is trying to do. The next time the application is not responding and you get the beachball, can you please click the "Sample" button to collect a sample of the Logos application process?

OK. Here you go. Can you please help me out. This happens over and over; I really cant use VC anymore because it is happening so often - on both Mac machines I have (does happen often on Windows machine, but I hardly ever use a Windows device).

I was promised a cable connection... after 6 months of back & forth, they told me it wasn't available to us (but is to our next door neighbor & we live in a town home!). We are stuck with $60/mo 3.0mb DSL. UGH. [:s]

OOOOOH, I'd be HOT! I would be 1) writing my congressman every day, 2) making myself the phone company's worst nightmare, and 3) hacking cable connection via my own underground wires from next door [;)] ! If there is one thing I can't stand, it's poor or unreliable internet pipeline.
Is it Windstream, by chance?

No. The DSL is Verizon, the "just short by 10 feet" cable is Shentel.

I didnt know that was possible! Thought 100mb/s was fastest you could get in a home.
