My computer recently updated to windows 8.1 and now I cannot open Logos. I have attached the most recent Log-in Logs. I hope you can help me fix this.

Please ensure that all Windows Updates are installed (if your computer only just updated to Windows 8.1, it may be out of date). If that doesn't fix the problem, try installing the .NET Framework 4.6 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130
