Please provide more details

Do the videos not play at all, are there frequent interruptions, something else?

Do you have a good Internet connection?

Have others worked ok?   Are your video drivers up to date?

First, are you working on a computer or mobile device? If the later, is it Android or iOS? This thread may be moved to the appropriate (platform specific) forum.

Hi

I've literally just moved onto another computer (yesterday) so my problem may be totally unrelated but I can't play the videos either.  I can move though them but when I press play I get the play triangle turn into a couple of bars for pause but nothing happens. I'm running windows 10 on a duel core i7 I haven't wiped my old computer yet (its going to my daughter) so when I get home from work I will try on there because I know for sure everything was working on that one.

SORRY I'VE JUST RESTARTED MY MACHINE AND MY PROBLEM HAS GONE :-)

Gabriel, are you working offline? Unless you've downloaded all of the video material, they will be unavailable. It might be that you're internet connection needs to be refreshed. It could be any number of things, but to me, since you say that none of your course videos are working, I would check your internet connection and see if there is a problem there.

If it is the internet connection that is the problem, then the next time you do get connected, I would begin to download the media files so that it doesn't happen again. However, having said that, the media/video files can be quite large and if you don't have enough storage space on your hard drive(s), so that might not be a good option either. I have downloaded all the media for my mobileEd courses because the church building where we worship/teach does not have the internet, so the live streaming of the videos isn't an option.

Alright, stop! Until the guy has the decensy to reply giving more information, I'd say everybody should stop giving solutions out of mere speculation. I hate it when someone just posts to ask for help and then they disappear. Let him call customer support if he wants to know for sure what the problem is, if not, then let him return the resource. And if he found the solution then he should at least say thank you to those who tried to help; but it's totally rude what he is doing.

You are imputing motives, when you have no reason to do so. Not everyone sits by their computer waiting for a response.

What if

  • His Wifi router went out and he has no internet?
  • He is caring for a sick relative?
  • He attended a friend's funeral in the next town?
  • He is busy working his second job?
  • He is preparing tomorrow's sermon?

Do not be so quick to chastise him. Also, be grateful there are so many helpful forum members posting.

Maybe he died or might still be working on his sermon...lol...that was a good one - working on his sermon the day before Sunday. Probably speaking from experience, no? 馃槣

The OP has posted all previous communication to the Spanish forum. Maybe he did not expect an answer so quickly.

I have never been a Pastor but I have been called late on a Saturday evening to fill a pulpit at a church or hospital chapel. Even a sermon I have in "reserve" needs to be brushed up before delivery.

DAL, don't be so uncharitable.  Yes, he needs to give more information, but not everyone is aware of what is needed for someone else to be of assistance.  Give him a break — if for no other reason that he is a relative newby (17 posts).

You see, now that's rude! I was right! He totally blew you guys off! He should've at least bothered to check, since he posted here. I got him, don't worry 馃憣

Dear Pastor Guerrero,

I hope your videos are working now.

You have been in my thoughts and prayers since Saturday morning.

Best wishes,

Roger Dittmar
