How can I make text/fonts larger?

Sometimes have a hard time reading books because the font/text is too small (such as for example-Calvin's Institutes). How can I make it larger so I can have an easier time reading it?

For a single resource use the slider in the panel menu:

For everything use Tools ==> Utilities ==> Program Settings ==> Text Display ==> Default Resource Text Size

On a Mac, click in the panel and use Command and the +/= key to increase or the the _/- key to decrease. On a Windows machine, use the Control key.
