Strange tagging in "Vital Truth"

Reading through the book "Vital Truth" - https://vyrso.com/product/65638/vital-truth-the-convictions-of-the-christian-community - I have come across a number of strange tagging situations different to the general tagging issues we see in Vyrso books.

The examples below are from chapter 16 but there are many instances throughout the book

The first screenshot shows a number of things:

• A large section in blue text indicating presence of hyperlinks
• As shown from the popup these links relate to a number of references around the text within the section but the entire section is tagged
• A strange number just before a reference (outlined in red)

The second screenshot shows that sometimes - even though the hyperlink is correct - the full text of the biblical reference is not shown

Is it possible to do anything about any of these?
