Hello, Logos 6 crashes whenever I try and visit the home page within the program. It works fine until I click the home page icon, then it tries to load it and crashes every time. Log files attached. Thanks for your advice!

Daniel

Hi Daniel - and welcome to the forums

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

The log files you have uploaded don't include a logos.log file which would be helpful.

Please ensure full diagnostic logging is enabled and upload another set of logs after a crash - details at https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem

Sorry, here's the logos.log file too.

Daniel Paul:
Sorry, here's the logos.log file too.

Thank you

I can't see anything in there related to a crash

Please check the Windows Event Viewer for the same time and post any relevant events - details at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/124126.aspx

Thank you

I don't know enough to interpret these but hopefully some (probably from Faithlife) will see these later and be able to comment further

Hi Graham and others,

No other replies to my question yet, but the issue is recurring. What should I do now?

I'll see if I can get someone from Faithlife to look at this thread.

Alternatively you could contact Customers Services - details at https://www.logos.com/contact
