I saw this thread in the libronix forum. I thought I'd renew it over here.
The day I bought Logos 1.6 in 1993 with NA26 and BHS as add-on disks. It changed the way I did Bible Study preparation and Sermon preparation. I haven't used my big, loose-leaf NASB since. All the other developments and extra resources I have bought – I now have L4 Platinum + SESB 3.0 + many other resources – cannot match that purchase. It was the biggie!
SESB 3.0!!!!!!!!
L4 Platinum would be first, closely followed by NICOT/NT. When L4 Mac is complete—that will be the best.
The Ultimate Archeology Collection.
BibSac, all of it.
My favorite purchases beyond the Scholar's Library:
sesb 3.0
Concordia Complete ElectronicTheological Library
Finally upgrading to the Scholar's edition from my cobbled-together collection which began with the Norm Geisler collection... I really look forward to seeing what the book of the day is as I discover yet another new book I never knew I had, or an electronic version of one of my old paper books! Woohoo! :-) Of course, this would be made much simpler if I could only print out a simple bibliography of all my books! ;-)
The Anchor Yale Bible Commentaries!
Sadly, the most used purchase, my stainless steel Logos coffee mug, [C]
Tri-vocational is not compatible with lots of Logos time, but the time it saves on research for seminary definately helps. . .
In Christ.

Logos 2.1 MacArthur Digital Lbrary (my first purchase)
Calvin's Commentaries
Max Lucado Lifeworks Collection.
I use something from that several times each month for my SS class. Having Lucado's material in my Logos library helps me find just the right quote/passage to illustrate a point.
Unfortunately, this is not currently available.
Nelson had announced a vol. 2 two years ago, but never produced it.

When I first got Logos I was excited about everything, so to think of one item is extremely difficult. I am very pleased for all the new items that Logos has made available. A few years ago (may be several by now) I emailed customer service and asked if the NICOT/NT commentaries would ever be available in logos format. At that time the answer was not in the foreseeable future. So having them now is fantastic. My response is similar to Jack's L4 platinum and the NICOT/NT.
