Is there some reference for all the abbreviations used for resources, i.e, NICOT/NT, BDAG, HALOT, et al.?

The SBL Handbook of Style has all the major abbreviations. However, if you look at the secondary titles in your library you can usually see or even edit the abbreviations (by clicking the pencil icon).
