I really wish the Jacob Neusner Jewish Studies Bundle (99 vols.) could have made it into the Collector's Edition base package. This is a treasure trove of Judaic research, and it needs bids! JUST DO IT!!!!

You mean it needs preorders, since it's in prepub not CP. The price won't come down regardless of how many preorders we get.
Looks like a great set, I'm surprised it hasn't gathered enough interest.

Yes, that is indeed what I meant!
Wow, kiss that one off. I'm using the well regarded 'Denise's 50% Principle' It's also better known as the KOD percent (kiss of death). If a prepub doesn't go 60-70% close after release, kiss it off. The 50% is where the dieing prepub ends up.
Neusner is a difficult proposition. He's an in-between-er ... not quite judaic-ish ... and a bit suspicious on the Christian side. Kind of like apostolic fathers. In-betweeners.
I'd sign for $99. A smaller package. Even small-medium-large. But $400? I'd have to be a Neusner fan. And I'm not (but no offense).
"God will save his fallen angels and their broken wings He'll mend."
I would also very much welcome this set coming to completion. As Joseph suggests much in this bundle seems worthwhile, though admittedly it is an expensive set. I preordered in April 2015. Hopefully it will come through in the next few months. Keep well Paul
This would be very useful indeed.
As pointed out in another recent thread, Neusner has passed away. There is an article about him here. We really need this pre-pub to make it!
