We have tried the Proclaim app on my tablet for the last three services.  on the Saturday night when we run through it, we get great results.  But Sunday morning it crashes.

Do you mean it crashes like the app closes? Or does it show the error above? I would suggest setting up the local wifi option. Sometimes during peak load the remote’s speed can be diminished.
