Yesterday I started getting the dreaded red exclamation mark when i sync my data. Still getting it today. No problem with the internet

Sorry to hear that you can't sync. I'm not sure what the issue is but I've been able to sync both yesterday and today. I've not seen the dreaded yellow ! in a while.
I'm not sure what's going on...it was working fine then suddenly had sync errors. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips or steps outside of reinstalling?

And please don't reinstall at the moment - depending on the cause that might not address it anyway

From the Error.log file it looks as though the problem is related to syncing a sermon document - are you using the Sermon Editor feature in Logos 7?
And there should also be a Logos.log file which might provide more information.
If there isn't one please ensure that logging is fully enabled as per my original link or at https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem
I missed the Logos.log file for some reason...it's attached now. I did play around with the sermon editor right before this problem started. I deleted the sermon that i created, I also just deleted any other sermons i created, i never really used the sermon editor, just played around with it.

EDIT: Deleting Sermon.db fixed the issue.

But just to flag when someone had a similar problem earlier it seemed to come back - and I know Ed and others are still working on it.
