When I do a Word Study and I have a list of scriptures in the Translation Section. How can I copy and paste this list to a Word Document?

Right-click the section header and select "Copy"

Thanks Graham. Just one of those hidden tools of Logos

Not hidden - all sections of the Guide have a menu "hidden" on the section bar as well as sometimes having a more obvious settings option.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

In my experience people use the word 'hidden' in this sort of context as meaning something that they were not aware of its existence, rather than meaning it is hidden with intent for it to be not found.

Yes, I know ... my point was that the feature was wide-spread so the OP should learn to always look for it just as he does for the Context Menu, Panel Menu and Toolbar menus.

Think you are being a little hard on me but thanks for pointing out the right click. I am not as checked out on Logos as others in this Forum so be expecting some more honest questions. You always are very good to help.

This one feature just made the Information pane and all sections in the exegetical guide and word study guide ten times more effective! And I would argue it was hidden as this is the very first time I've run across the "copy" option in these places. This is really beyond what I could have hoped for.

It's too bad the interlinears don't work like this. It still a struggle for me to get a section of an interlinear copied. I can select a portion and copy/paste it into Word. That works fine. But Word is not my primary word processor. I use Scrivener and this does not work. It only copies the top line.

The information in the guides and info pane were great, but they were pretty difficult (near impossible) to get out of them without copying the entire pane via export or the copy link at the top of the Info pane. Rarely do I need the entire set of data. I just need a Greek word to copy into the article I'm working on or a snippet of the guide. But with this right click copy option I can zero in on much less data to copy over. Plus, when copying from the word study it actually pastes everything perfectly into Scrivener - pie chart and concordance list. Same with the subset information from each section in the Info pane. It's more than I could have asked for (well, I would love to be able to just highlight something (even a single letter) and copy/paste and it transfers perfectly even into notepad, but beggars and all...)

Thanks for making Logos that much more usable.

The "Copy Bible Verses" tool with some options is "hidden" under TOOLS/Passages.

    Hey Dale,

It's not the Copy Bible Verses tool that I was referring to as hidden but the right click menu that has "copy" for just about every section in the "reports" such as in the Information Pane or any any of the guides. I've looked at the copy bible verses tool. It's okay. But this right click option saves me a lot of time.
