TOTC/TNTC has bad links (or bad resource IDs)

Whenever a Tyndale commentary references other TOTC/TNTC volumes, the links don't work. Logos says I don't have a license for the resource even though I do. The links have different resource IDs than the volumes I have. My TOTC/TNTC volumes have "US" on the end, but the ones the links use don't.
Can this be fixed? What's the point of having resource IDs specific to the U.S.?

If they've done what I think, this doesn't look like an easy problem to fix. We certainly ought to have working hyperlinks to our other TOTC and TNTC volumes. Looks like they coded them to work with a different version of the resource than we have. Interesting find.

This is also a problem with other resources that have links to the TOTC/TNTC (the IVP OT Dictionaries and Expositor's Bible Commentary are some I could find):
So it's not the links that are bad, but rather the resource IDs of my TOTC/TNTC volumes. If the resource IDs were changed then all the links would work correctly.

After doing searches for TOTC and TNTC in my library, it seems that only the newest resources actually try to link to the Tyndale volumes. The EBC volumes, the IVP Dictionary of the OT volumes, Commentaries for Biblical Expositors, and the TOTC/TNTC volumes were the only resources I could find that had links to the Tyndale volumes in the references to those volumes. However, every one of those links was broken because of the resource ID mismatch.
Logos?

I've notified our Text Development department of your bug report.

This is still a problem. Why are there two versions in the first place?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I find now that this is a problem with Bible Speaks Today commentaries too! I was reading Naselli's Let Go and Let God? A Survey and Analysis of Keswick Theology, and there was a link to Stott's BST Romans volume, and when I clicked on it, it said I didn't own it! But I do-- it just has a different resource ID (LLS:BST66RO vs. LLS:BSTUS66RO):
Both TOTC/TNTC and BST are IVPress resources. I think something should be done before IVPress breaks more links!
Can I get some Logos feedback on this?
