Thom Blair (Faithlife): We would normally post the next master journal bundle, 5.4, today. We have some housekeeping to get in order before we're ready to post and it might be a couple of weeks. That said, the delay in posting should not affect producing and shipping. We're still aiming to ship 5.4 by the end of the year. Thanks for your interest and your patience. I'll be sure to post in this thread when 5.4 is available to pre-order.

Any updates on Galaxie bundle?
Thanks for this question. We're looking to post the next installment of Galaxie's TJL for pre-order next week sometime and plan to ship it next month.
Beloved Amodeo: Everett Headley:When it comes to journals both are true: Logos has "muddled" (an understatement that probably will never meet a match) the effort. There has been infrequent, often reactionary communication about the status and future of the journals. I feel as though promised journals and updates have not happened (this could probably be substantiated as fact, but I am unable to do so at this time). So yes, I have looked to other places to fulfill my need for these journals. Furthermore, I can get them in a much more timely manner than Logos has published them. Even more, for $50 a year I get all the access to virtually all that I want. For the serious Bible student, I don't see how one can be up to date without them. I agree with everything you have noted and sadly must conclude I have already essentially done as you have done and moved on by choosing to avoid journals all together. Would you please share your present provider with me it sounds like a great deal. You can reach me at arwenttataoldotcom. Thanks

At the moment I have all available journals in logos, but there are gaps even in those journal offerings. While I am happy to get more and see this become a priority again in Logos, I stopped expecting that would happen a while ago. Too much time has gone by.

I suggested this elsewhere, but in case it didn't get picked up and passed along, please encourage Bob to buy Galaxie. That move will allow for a full integration of their titles in the linking process and be an avenue for FL to potentially acquire even more journals they do not already have access to. Easy peasy.

Thx!!!
Thanks for this update.
Will these new journals be part of the next master journal offering or do you have to order both to get all of the journals?

Thank you for the question, Bruce.I was wondering the same thing.

At the bottom of the product page it states: *These journals can also be found in the Master Journal Bundle 5.3.
I believe they have been included in the past as well

Note that this only includes those journals marked with an *. According to my count, there are 21 that do not have an *.

Bump to ask for clarification.

You'll need both. There's substantial overlap, but they also both off unique content.
Phil Gons (Faithlife):You'll need both. There's substantial overlap, but they also both off unique content.
Thanks for clarifying Phil. For simplicity sake it would be nice if the "Master" bundle would actually contain all of the journals offered by Faithlife but I'm guessing that there are copyright challenges associated with this.
Or if not - there sould be a caveat text in the offer page that indicates when it doesn't include a potential "component" set - like in this case the Galaxy set.
And thanks again for the much more timely and professional provision of journals recently - thanks!
Shalom
We could always call it the "almost" master set. The nearly full master set. the mostly master set... or maybe call it "master in name only". lolThe nearly complete, except these 23 collections of journals "master" set. just doesn't have the same ring to it :p. The master of incompleteness journal collection?
