Look at the book? Where or how to access? I use it on the web and thought it was great to have it in Logos and the video from the homepage looked great but... how do I access it???
Even though "Look at the Book" is Courseware, it can't be found/opened from within the Courses tool.
You'll have to search for that resource in the Library pane, and open it from there.
If it's something you want to open often, you can drag the resource to your shortcuts bar.
Got it thanks. It would not list under Look at the Book, but did under John Piper. Was also weird that it was under permanent because I thought it would be under temporary as a Logos Now add-in. I love his series and want to adopt that format for some of my own classes. Removing the teacher and only the text, great!
Thanks to both of you. I was not able to find it in my version of LogosNow. I don't have Courses option under Tools, and searching the entire library didn't find it. Then I discovered I need to buy this for $0.00 from the Logos.com site. Once I did that, now I am able to find it under Library. Logos will probably add the Courses link to Tools menu in Logos Now later on, that will be nice!
I don't have Courses option under Tools,
The Courses tool is a Logos 7 feature. You should have access to it if you are running Logos 7.
You can upgrade for free to Logos 7 Basic if you are using an earlier version of Logos.
Greetings! Yes, indeed I do have it in Logos 7. What I was referring to is that there's a video on today's Logos 7 home page that directs the viewer here: https://biblia.com/media/514150-4201771--. On that video, they say the feature is available in LogosNow, but when I also check my Logos now, there's no Courses option there yet under Tools--at least not in my version, but this was not available in library search either. After I purchased the book on Logos.com for $0.00, it then appeared in both Logos 7 and LogosNow. For Logos 7, it now appears under library search for "piper," and does not appear under courses [:O], and in LogosNow, it comes up in Library search for "Piper." Seems like it also belongs in the courses tool too. Fantastic course so far by the way!
Hey Barry! I went ahead and checked out your account, and the Courses tool should be available to you. It not being there is concerning and likely a sign of something else going sideways in the software. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team at 1-800-875-6467, they should be able to assist you with what may be ailing your system.
Hello Brandyn!
Thanks so much! [:)] I will reach out to Customer Service since the courses tool is still not showing up in my LogosNow. I do have that tool in Logos 7. So the issue is with LogosNow.
All the Best!
Barry
Thanks Petah [Y]
Hi Everyone
Early Merry Christmas greeting to everyone.
Just a question about this resource, is Logos going to update this resource or create a new one to include those new material Pastor John added to the Look at the Book website since 2015?
Thanks and God blessStephen

Strange, if I go to LogosNow (app.logos.com) I see "Courses" under "Tools" but no video. I have to search for "piper" in order to find it.
