The March Madness Deals page (www.logos.com/lmm-30) offers Raymond Brown's commentary "The Birth of the Messiah", which I wish to purchase (It also offers Brown's "An Introduction to the New Testament" and "An Introduction to the Gospel of John"). When I select "Add to cart" for any of these items, they are not actually added to my cart. Logos customer service has assured me by email that the webpage ordering system is functioning for these offered resources. I wonder if it's a problem with my computer or my Logos account, and whether other Logos users are able to add the above resources to their carts?
It's apparently not your computer or account.
If I add "The Birth of the Messiah" to the cart (from the MM deals page), it shows a (1) next to the cart, as expected. But when I go to the cart, it's empty.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
I see the same thing.
It looks like a problem with these specific products. If you go to the product page, you'll see the "Buy" button is missing: https://www.logos.com/product/27527/the-birth-of-the-messiah-a-commentary-on-the-infancy-narratives-in-the-gospels-of-matthew-and-luke - that's presumably why it's not working.
I too thought i had purchased 'The Birth of the Messiah', but i am now seeing that it was not included in my order.
This is an issue with FL that they need to fix!
If you look here, it is shown as can only be purchased as part of a collection https://www.logos.com/product/5750/raymond-e-brown-collection
FL needs to allow the book to be purchased as an individual volume as it was offered during the MM sale. You also have the same issue with the 'Introduction to the Gospel of John'.
got this via chat:
because of the contracts we have with these publishers we cannot unlock those individual books. I filled out the request for our team to correct this but being the weekend it might take a day or so before they can adjust it.
Oh that is a pity I was hoping to get the gospel of John book on its own because when I add the collection it comes up as this bargain price ...
(I have all the other volumes in the collection but it costs more to complete the collection than to buy the individual volume)

That's good to know, Robert. Thanks

Birth of the Messiah is listed @ $24.49 on the March Madness 30% discount page.
On the Raymond Brown page the price is $24.49 if sold separately.
Question: Is the price on the Raymond Brown Collection page the same at all times or will it go back up after MM. Or should MM be 30% off the $24.49 price.
Hey everyone! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm seeing the same activity here and will get this information to our team.
Sorry for the delay - The Birth of the Messiah is now available individually
Celeste Fiorillo: Sorry for the delay - The Birth of the Messiah is now available individually
Thanks Celeste! Would you be able to answer Brooks' question, above?

Sorry, this question! :-)
Celeste Fiorillo:Does that answer the question?
Thank you, yes.
Can you fix An Introduction to the Gospel of John also please.
It is offered on the MM page for $25.89.
Robert Neely: Can you fix An Introduction to the Gospel of John also please.
Done!
Please fix "An introduction to the NT" by Brown. Thanks!
