Hey,

My logos software will not work properly today. I just want to make sure everything is okay with my account.

I remember back in the dark ages when support would tell you to reformat your hard drive and reinstall all your software.Sad

Hopefully, yours will be an easy fix.

By the way, if want more SPAM, then posting email address on a public forum is OK, otherwise suggest editing post to remove email address. Faithlife employees can look up your email address from your Faithlife account (not accessible to a volunteer like me).

Mine is not working either.  I have tried both my computers and each time I start Logos I get the windows message that Logos has stopped working.  No solution is offered by Windows, it just shuts the program down.

Is there a problem with Logos today?  Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Eric

Mine is working OK. It loaded the home page and then I was able to load and use the layouts.

Without seeing the log files, you might be seeing a recent problem that others are reporting. Try out this fix, and if it doesn't work, you will need to post log files to help determine the problem.

Go to https://faithlife.com. Make sure you are logged in. Click on the bell icon up in the upper right corner of the page. This will display your pending notifications (marking them as viewed), this will prevent them from being sent to the desktop application. It's one of these notifications that causes the crash.
