Media search and media tool
I am having major issues with the media search and media tool. When I do a media search and click on an image which is then supposed to open in the media browser, it just doesn't do it. I have waited five minutes now for the image to open. The same thing happens if I use the media tool. This is very frustrating since i cannot export any image!! The whole point of Logos is quick and efficient work.

Can you give some specific examples?
I have seen this sort of thing occasionally but I tried just now and it worked fine
From within the media tool
clicking on the first image resulted in this after a few seconds

For example, if i was to click on a picture, it will scroll and not load. Verses are fine, and some graphics are fine but photos do not load0 -

With the media item you show in your picture I can reproduce the same problem

I can also duplicate this issue with this image.

Hey Jeffrey! Thank you for reporting this. We've got a case open on this behavior and will add this thread to it. Thank you to everyone who has spent time to reproduce the issue as well.

Was this problem ever fixed. I am using Logos 10, and I cannot pull up the Tabernacle video using the media tool from the factbook. The Tabernacle video is in FSB according to the information provided by the factbook. By the way, I looked up booth in the factbook. From there I went down to media. In media, when I click on most of the images, they do not display. This is true if I try and do it from the media tool.
