Logos crashes immediately after I started. I am using the latest version on a Mac OS X 10. I have followed the steps indicated at https://www.logos.com/support/mac/report-problem . Thank you very much

Hi Daniel, I'm sorry this is happening. Can you delete the Logos application file from the Applications folder, delete any Logos.dmg file from your Downloads folder, and install a fresh copy from https://www.logos.com/install?   Update us with new logs if it continues to crash.

Hi Tommy,

Thank you very much for your message. I have tried, but it did not work. I am attaching the latest 'Logos Logging report'. It crashes on startup. The issue began a couple of days ago when the latest updated was installed. I have not been able to use Logos since then. I am using a Mac Air. I would appreciate anyone reading this help, please. Thank you very much!
