While starting Logos 7 the top of the home page appears and the rest fo the screen is blank. The indexing arrows just spin with no results.

AM I correct that you are running a Mac from 2011? There is a known issue, for whatever reason, with 2011 Mac's. I am unsure of the current status of FL's investigation, but they are aware of the situation.
You are correct about the MAC. Hopefully a solution will be developed.
