Birthday voucher not working

My birthday voucher came through today (really love that you do this), but it's not working at the moment.

It validates when it's pasted in - I get a green tick and the voucher code displays underneath - but I still get the same price.

Just wondering...is the birthday voucher a one-time thing? I got it when it first came out years ago, but haven't received one since, even though I've inquired about it.

No, it's every year, but you 1) have to be subscribed to personalized offers, and 2) completely filled out your profile.

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
