Logos 4 Not Starting

Greetings,

Recently, my Logos 4 software stopped working. I click on it, the initial gray start-up box appears, then it just dies. I am operating Logos 4 on my MacBook Pro, and have been using it for 6 years now and have never had this problem before. I tried holding down 'Command' button immediately after clicking the icon, and proceeded to follow every other start-up suggestion with no success. Can anybody help me on this?

Hi Nathanael and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

To explore what is going on we would need to see diagnostic logs, but Logos 4 has been unsupported for a long time and there have been many fixes since then.

I recommend upgrading to the free Logos 7 engine and see how things work then. It is available at https://www.logos.com/product/136022/basic
