Logos Atlas problems

when I open Logos Atlas, I don’t see any maps. Does anyone has the same problems. It keeps searching nothing comes out ,’unable to retrieve data’ Any solution? Thanks!

how is your internet? Restart computer? Is "use internet" in "preferences" turned off?

Do I need active internet connection to access the maps all the time? I own it ! It should be in my hard drive.

Yes, this is an online service (the maps as currently rendered are very large)

Currently that is not possible. It is an online service only

Are you aware that you can buy a plan from your cell phone provider to use your cellphone as a "hot spot"?

After all this , my internet is not the problem, the solution is to make it available offline.

There are (still) no plans to make Atlas available offline.

Where Fasil might be temporary, I log in every few months, if I've bought anything worth downloading. So, the Atlas, browser, etc kind of say 'enough' more and more. And that's ok. We just closed more social accounts ... don't need the associated risks.

But I'd assume the bulk of users are major web users and amenable to internet-only. I just wonder if Logos will ever get beyond their 80% rule ... code enough for a 'feature' and move on to the next one.
