How do you search for 2 words in proximity to one another??

    imageTry "god WITHIN 3 WORDS jesus". Do not put the search within quotes and change the words "god" and "jesus" as well as the number "3" to what you want. Besure to check the drop down box, with the magnifying glass on it to refine your search. The example below was done using the beta, but it should work the same for the release version.image

    Word1 NEAR Word2 is the simplest.

    If you want to narrow it you can use the WITHIN operator and say how many characters (CHARS) of each other the words must be. eg Word1 WITHIN 10 CHARS Word2.

    Sorry Alan, but that was L3. L4 expresses proximity in terms of actual words  eg. jesus WITHIN 2 words christ.
