Wondering if someone can help me out on this one. I know everyone organizes their notes/highlights differently, but personally, I prefer all my highlights in one document and all my notes in another. On the desktop, I have every pallet default to "Bible Study Highlights" Document. On the app however, the highlighters pallet always defaults to "Highlights" document. It gets annoying to have to remember to change it every highlight and every note or manually switch it on the desktop program the next day.
Any idea how I can fix this?
Hi Jake
You can change this from "Settings" in the app
Apologies but for some reason I can't attach screenshots from my iPad at the moment to demonstrate this but hopefully this gives you what you are looking for
Graham
Thanks Graham. I had it on Pallette specific as that's what I default for the desktop application. I switched over though and will see if that helps. Thanks!

FYI - while the desktop application provides the ability for different settings for each palette, the mobile ones only support one setting for the app
I know this thread is old, but now, with the Logos 8 iOS app, I'm having trouble finding that setting. I press the 3 bars on the bottom right, but cannot find the "Document for Highlights" item. When I highlight, it goes into "No notebook". I cannot find that setting on the PC version in case that is the place to set it. Thanks, and hoping you are doing well.

Yes - this is not currently available on the L8 mobile apps.

On the PC version you can set this for each highlighting palette - but it doesn't affect the behaviour on the mobile apps.
Hi Graham,
I am new to LOGOS, I have version 7. I want to highlight the Biblical text on my ipad but am having difficulties. For example, I want to highlight Hebrews 12:21, "I am full of fear" so that the next time that I am reading through Hebrews I will see the text highlighted. how do I do that? TY for any help... E.T.
Hi Everard - and welcome to the forums

There are two methods for doing this - one is simply "swiping" while the other involves selecting a portion of text and then applying a highlight.
That should do it.
If you want to change highlight colours, tap on the highlight you have just created and select highlights from the options. Tapping the vertical three icons in that menu gives you a greater list of highlight options.
Does this help?
