I am using a mid-2014 Macbook pro, running macOS High Sierra version 10.13.2. If I click the logos application, nothing happens but it bounces. I've deleted the application and reinstalled (several times) but it still doesnt work. Can anyone offer any help?

Dear Nathaniel,

We also have mid-2014 MacBook pro, with macOS High Sierra and having the same problem. The problem started for us on 10th Jan 2018. In case you found the solution, can you please very kindly share with me also. Blessings, Mohit

Yes, it began for me on Jan 10th after I installed the new OS update.

Solution 2 worked for me: https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash

getting the same problem as well

Faithlife Support for Mac includes => Logos Crashes or Fails to Open

Several macOS 10.13.2 High Sierra forum users have mentioned Solution 2 being helpful to change folder and file permissions in their ~/Library for Logos4 (Edit: Logos 4 created folder with name Logos4 that continues to be used by later Logos versions).
