An old thread, but I see a new reply.  I also see that the replies given at this point do not include LOGOS resources.  I have put the following Topical Bible Collection together of LOGOS resources together that serve as a set of cross reference resources:

    =======================================================

    Tobical Bibles Collection

MacArthur, J. (1999). The MacArthur topical Bible: New King James Version. Nashville, TN: Word Publishing.

Thomas Nelson Publishers. (1995). Nelson's quick reference topical Bible index. Nelson's Quick reference. Nashville, Tenn.: Thomas Nelson Publishers.

Swanson, J., & Nave, O. (1994). New Nave’s Topical Bible. Oak Harbor: Logos Research Systems.

Torrey, R. (1995). New Topical Textbook. Oak Harbor, WA: Logos research Systems, Inc.

Smith, J. H. (1992). The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge. Nashville TN: Thomas Nelson.

McCordic, C. W. (2007). The Thematic Bible : Topical analysis. Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.

Elwell, W. A., & Buckwalter, D. (1996). Vol. 5: Topical analysis of the Bible : With the New International Version. Baker reference library. Grand Rapids, Mich.: Baker Book House.

Canne, J., Browne, Blayney, B., Scott, T., & Torrey, R. (2009). The Treasury of Scripture knowledge. Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.

Vine, W. (1997). Vine's complete expository dictionary topic finder. Nashville: Thomas Nelson.

I know you said apart form TSK, but don't forget about the NTSK. This may have been the resource you meant but in my opinion the NTSK far outshines TSK.

    Halo Hound -

Could you expand a bit on your statement on the NTSK - I am considering that purchase

    Thanks,

    Larry,

The best way I can expand is through a screen shot of the two side by side. NTSK goes into more detail as to why it is a cross reference. You'll notice symbols beside some of the references. Hovering over them tells you what the symbol means. some say "more references at verse indicated", some "clear cross reference", "      Contrast, or explanations of apparent contradictions",       "Critical, significant cross reference". Hope this small comparison helps you make a decision!

Are these even available in Logos? I know at one time Thompson was available through E4. But I am not aware of Dake's.

“... every day in which I do not
penetrate more deeply into the knowledge of God’s Word in Holy Scripture
is a lost day for me. I can only move forward with certainty upon the
firm ground of the Word of God.”

Welcome to the forums Alexander! [:)]

I am not sure exactly what your question is… hopefully this will help clarify:

    • Logos does not sell this product, so you won't find it in the Logos store.
    • L4 & L5 have the ability to add personal books, but this wouldn't be a good resource to try that with (even if you had a digital copy). If you are wanting to know more about personal books, let us know.
    • You can make a suggestion in the suggestions forum.

    Welcome [:D]

Found an online study bible with Thompson Chains, which has

    ABARIM, MOUNT

east of Jordan in the land of Moab

    Numbers 27:12; Numbers 33:48; Deuteronomy 32:49

Logos 5 has Clause and Bible Search:

Another new feature in Logos 5 is Topic Guide, which has a verse pop-up when hover mouse over reference:

Noticed Topic Guide has Biblical Events:
