iOS for iPad not completely sync in Sermon Editor

I'm using sermon editor and Logos Bible on my iPad Pro v6.0.5.0027. My Samsung phone sync with no problems but the iOS could not sync a Bible reference until I delete it and re-insert it. I also have a paragraph with some text missing. I tried unloading the app and re-loading, no change. I was preaching today but fortunately I noticed it last night and have to check that every line is synced with my iPad but I missed out the last Bible reference and a paragraph. This is critical for me as I write my sermon on desktop but preach from my iPad. Kind of panic a bit when some things mentioned above are not synced. Previous versions of iOS I didn't have this problem. My Android for phone didn't have any problem. Please advise. Thanks.

Same problem here ... still. In fact, I've had to work 2 hours this morning to get the Sermon Editor text on my iPad to match the Sermon Editor text on my Mac.

Can you send us logs of the behavior? We're trying to track down the cause, but needs logs to do so. The link below has instructions for reporting a problem like this. Thanks!

Just sent. I noticed that others are reporting the same problem. My Samsung phone using a beta version has no problem syncing.

I've a suggestion for overcoming sync problems. I thought about after deleting the app from my iPad and downloading everything all over again. All documents are back to normal again.

Could we have an option to re-download a document from Logos server to our mobile app in case when we notice some things are missing or not right due to sync problem? In this case we don't need to bother Logos support for any sync problems in future.

I am having the same issue. I started using sermonary.com but then thought it was a waste of money so I should use what I already have on hand in Logos. After completing my sermon I notice my iPad will not update. I've restarted devices and apps but nothing works. My iPhone is also not synced but different than what is showing up on my iPad. This is a frustrating problem for a service that is supposed to reduce stress.
