OS X High Sierra 10.13.4 crash or bug

I purchased the Korean version of Logos 7 Gold.

but I was't able to install and start.

because While preparing the library, suddenly the message "If an application quits unexpectedly" was pop up and app was quitted.

This problem continues even if I uninstall and reinstall the application. 

My device is macbookpro 2013 late 15" and storage is 50GB left.

Hi Nathan,

Please open Terminal application (inside Utilities folder within Applications) to run this command:

sudo chmod -R 755 ~/

Please enable logging* and then try opening Logos after doing this, and if it still crashes, please copy and paste the output to this forum thread and attach the log files.

i did it. but didn't get solved. 

Massage “Preparing your library” continues for approximately 5min with massage "Application not responding”

than suddenly the message “Logos quits unexpectedly" was pop up and app was quitted.

What was the output when you ran the command we posted?
