Can't sign in to Logos -windows 10

I'm teaching tomorrow and suddenly my Logos won't work.
It kept asking for me to re-enter my password (which is usually saved). Just in case I reset it (to something standard I use).
I logged in on the tablet no problem but the PC, windows 10, still can't login.
I just get "the user name or password were not accepted by logos.com"
After rebooting several times, turning off my firewall, etc. I decided to uninstall and reinstall logos.
Same problem, I can't login. I'm 100% certain I'm typing the password in correctly. I even tried in a text editor and copy pasted. I logged into faithlife in a browser, etc.
Any idea what's going on?

This is the response I got from support.
There are a few causes for this if the login works on our site at www.logos.com but not for the software. The first cause is that the software may be out of date. You can check this by closing all Logos screens and going to www.logos.com/install to download that installer and open it to then install the update. If you see an update, then follow the prompts that will appear for you. Otherwise, you may be told that the software is up to date. The second cause can be if the computer is not up to date with its OS updates. Please check and make sure that all updates have been installed for your computer. The last cause of this happening is if the computer is not correct in the date and time for your area. If off by even a minute, this login issue can come to light. Once those settings are checked, you can try logging into Logos again. I hope that you find this information helpful.
