When viewing Faithlife TV, what's the best way to determine which videos fall under "Plus" and which I would be receiving anyway?
The picture Joshua shows in only on the computer, not on the Roku app or the mobile app.
Ah right. I assumed the OP was referring to the web app.
If I recall correctly, signing out from the iOS mobile app shows a list of free videos only.
Yes, I was looking on the Roku, but I guess I can check out the web app as well.
Ok, I got my answer. Most everything is under Plus.
There is no difference. The "PLUS" just shows you're a Faithlife Connect member.
I thought I had not made myself clear, so I asked the question about three more times in different ways. But the customer service rep just got frustrated with me because I couldn't seem to grasp the fact that Faithlife would coin both terms ("Faithlife TV" and "Faithlife TV PLUS"), if there was no difference in the benefits between the two. He just kept repeating...

Faithlife TV and Faithlife TV Plus.
Faithlife TV is the overall platform. It includes free videos, subscription videos and pay-per-view videos.
Faithlife TV+ is the subscription element. The vast majority videos on Faithlife TV are part of Faithlife TV+. If you don't have a Plus Subscription (either direct, or through Faithlife Connect), there's very little that you can watch on Faithlife TV.

Other than the videos from the mobile Ed courses you own or pay-per view-videos you have purchased
