Logos Freezes When Loading

When I open Logos on Windows 10 it loads and as soon as I try to click something the program freezes.  This just started randomly this morning.  I have included log files.6708.Logos Log Files (2).zip

Hi David,

I'm sorry you are having problems. We need you to get us a proc dump file while this hang is going on.

• You will need to open up Task Manager and reproduce the hang.
• Then find Logos in the Processes Tab and right-click and select "Create dump file".

• If for some reason that option is grayed out then click on the Details Tab and right-click and select "Create dump file".

• Zip up the file and email it to me at testing AT Faithlife Dot Com.
• If the file is too large to email then please upload to a file sharing service (i.e. Dropbox or Google Drive) and email me the link.
• Please then post here in this flow when this has been done.

This will let us have a better idea of what is going.

Can you please follow the instructions in this link and upload your logs and sample to this thread. We need this info to help try and diagnose the issue.
