And, for what it's worth, here's a fairly definitive list of Bibles that contain cross-references:

MJ. Smith:
Several years back, we had some problems with Bibles not getting the correct metadata to appear in the bottom portion. Logos flipped some hidden switches and all was well. Has anyone checked that new Bibles with xrefs appear in the bottom portion?

It wasn't a problem with metadata. It was a bug affected by advanced prioritisation.

When I ran Philippians 4:4-9 through the Passage Guide, I don't have any top level resources under Cross References and I only have 64 passages mentioned.  Now my preferred Bible is the NET so that might explain some of the difference, but I have a hunch that those who have top level Cross Reference resources...they really are contributing to the total count of cross references.

I'm not sure I'm following

Paul:

Do you mean NTSK and TSK didn't show up?

If they did, what do you get if you click on one to open it?

And, as you can see, I get 110 passages mentioned. This will be because I have more Bibles with the cross-reference trait.

Paul:
but I have a hunch that those who have top level Cross Reference resources...they really are contributing to the total count of cross references.

Yes - but "below the line", apart from for the resources mentioned above that Mark listed above at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/170276/984186.aspx#984186

Correct, I have no resources at all, just verses.

Paul, do you own the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge or the New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge? They should Show up if they are in your library. The verses, as I just discovered, are gathered from your cross reference bible resources.

I am not implying I have a problem...just that it really does look like if you have resources (that populate in the Cross Reference section) that they do indeed add to the cross-references included in the translations.  I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like is happening to me.

Why do you think this is the case?

Indeed, I am the guilty culprit who assembled by hand the notes and cross references in the New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge!

It is still very likely that it is the most complete collection of cross references in Logos Bible Software.

About 2007 I completed for Thomas Nelson Publishers a consolidated edition of my New Treasury that actually contains more references but almost no notes titled Nelson's Cross Reference Guide to the Bible. For those who doubt that I increased the references, check out Psalm 9:10;  Romans 15:7 as examples I immediately remember.

In 2016 I completed a vastly expanded edition based on those two. I began work on The Ultimate Cross Reference Treasury in 2010, and worked on it for 2016 days. I believe I succeeded in eliminating all previous cross reference errors in the process. After compiling my Word files into the software module, Mr. Rick Meyers asked me, "Jerry, have you any idea of how many cross references are in your work?" I said I had no way of counting them from my end. Mr. Meyers informed me that my work has over 900,000 cross references.

I do remember that my computer counted 7000 cross references for Psalm 119.

Now just in case you might suppose I have just been loafing ever since, just yesterday I uploaded my newest book, The Language Enrichment Program, to Amazon, where it is now available. This is a self-instructional book I wrote to help my students boost their reading comprehension. It works for students of all ages and adults. I have sometimes suggested as a reading specialist that some people would greatly benefit from my program when I realized they were having difficulty understanding the matters we were discussing.

Thank you Mark.
