I also attempted to repair from control panel but that didn't make a difference either.

Hi Abner - sorry to hear you are having problems.

When this type of error has occurred in the past it is typically due to a problem with a Layout.

Your crash text suggests a problem with the Atlas Tool.

But you say that when opening using the Ctrl key you still get the problem. When holding down the Ctrl key does Logos open to a blank layout. If so, does the problem only occur when you access the Atlas?

And is there a Logos.log file in the logs directory? If so, please include that as it could provide more information

Graham

When holding or not holding the Ctrl key the program just crashes, not sure if is loading a blank layout or not as it crashes before I can see anything

1464.Copy of Logos.log

Do I suppose to have those two folders here?

That indicates - that at some stage - you were using Logos on this computer with a different Logos id. Does that sound possible?

The one you are using now - and referenced in the log - is ijmwxaex.blx

It is a problem associated with syncing the Atlas.

Please try:

  • navigating to ...AppData > Local > Logos > Data > ijmwxaex.blx
  • move the folder AtlasManager to the Desktop
  • try restarting Logos

If this works, Logos should start and the AtlasManager folder should be recreated.

Don't recall but I may have a few years ago allow my niece to login with her account ID.  I just went ahead and deleted the folder from 2015.  But seems issue was not related to that as I attempted to run Logos again and it crashed before fully loading.

Deleting the folder AtlasManager fixed the issue.  Thank you!
